We will spend the next several weeks addressing habits and lifestyle tweaks that can make a huge impact in your life.  Each post will cover the topic for the week, helpful tips and then a small challenge to help you implement what you learned.  A few “rules” before we get started:

  1. Remember YOUR season.
  2. Do not compare.  Be thankful for the life you have and do not compare your life circumstances to others.  Comparison kills joy.
  3. Be kind to yourself.  Quit the negative self-talk.

  1. Really enjoyed our strategy session and looking forward to all your tips. You have been such a great help with all my changes in my food habits(not sure what to call it). I have not felt this good in years.

    • I am so proud of you, Jill!! Doing the 14 day reset cleanse can be challenging, but you did it! And look at the tangible reward – seeing what works and what does NOT work for your body. I can hear your body saying, “Thank you!!!” 😉
