This is a one-hour coaching session (by phone, Skype or in person). We will discuss any area that you would like to focus on (nutrition, fitness, stress, work-life balance, managing home responsibilities, etc.) and we will discover ways to help you accomplish what you want. If you are overwhelmed and do not even know where to begin, no worries!! I will send you a chart to fill out and we can walk through it on the call. The chart will help uncover areas that you want to focus on and we will design a realistic plan that works for you.
